Gain weight

In the next 4 months I need to gain 15 or 20 pounds I am often  eating two breakfast 2 lunches and more beer then I should drink. today after making a big breakfast I made a turkey soup. from last night turkey dinner, 2 loaves of bread and baked chicken breast.
I will also reduce the number of miles I walk each  week to 50
